Shipping & Delivery

To make the delivery process seamless, you will be required to enter your address during checkout. Be sure to enter the correct address, including the destination country. This information is crucial because it will determine the cost, which includes taxes, currency conversion rates, and the shipping cost. The shipments are made via UPS. 

After submitting your order, capital t-shirts will start working on the production immediately especially if the order comes in on a working day. The deliveries are done on a first-come-first-served basis. After dispatch, we will send you a link where you can track your goods and have an estimate of the delivery time. 

Shipping destinations and fees

Once an order has been closed, production takes between 2-3 working days. Shipping to destinations within the United States will normally take between 4 and 7 working days. International destinations will take around 7-15 working days. The shipping fee is specified in US dollars and is included in the final cost that is indicated during checkout.

We have special shipping arrangements that are only applicable within the United States and at an extra cost. This is either the fast shipping option or the overnight shipping. If you are interested in this expedited shipping deal, do not hesitate to send us an email.

International destinations: $9.99

Kindly note that the shipping cost is not inclusive of the import duties that are levied in the destination country. This is beyond our control and the responsibility to clear the goods at the point of entry lies entirely on the customer. We advise that you get this information from your country’s customs department before placing the order.
