At Capital T Shirt, all products are made-to-order and professionally printed and shipped from the USA. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we aim to ensure the highest quality while maintaining a fair and transparent return policy.

Processing & Production

All orders are printed on demand. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and free from damage caused after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the 30-day period.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may request photos of the item for verification.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost
  • Store credit for future purchases

You are not required to return the item in these cases.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit only and can be used toward future purchases on our website.

If a replacement is offered and declined, we may provide partial store credit at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping

Shipping times typically include:

  • USA: 4–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist with any issues.
